How do I register for the UJ Ulink Student Portal?
- Login to the registration portal at https://ulink.uj.ac.za/
- Enter your student number and password, if you don’t have a password yet, click the Create a Password to continue
- Click on the Classes tab and then click My Registration
- Click on Registration on the left and start the registration form
- Verify you personal contact details, email address and contact person details
- Click on Uploading of Documents required and upload any outstanding documents
- Click Registration Verification to verify your registration statuses
- Click Submit Payment to make payment (no debit card payments) – all outstanding fees from prior years must be paid PLUS the minimum payment fee applicable according to the registration verification.
- Agree to the rules and regulations then click Submit Registration
- Select your combination of modules you plan to register for and click continue
- Enter your Employment Status and state whether you are responsible for your own account
- Verify your registration cost and click Accept Registration button
- You can now print your proof of registration
Adding and removing subject
Module changes are allowed during the registration period. You can click Add subjects to a Registration if you want to add extra subjects to your registration or remove subjects as permitted during the registration cycle.
You can also click Subject Cancellations to remove subjects as permitted by the rules and regulations.
Once you have finished the registration process, you can collect your student card from your nearest campus!
