Forgotten Password Recovery:

  1. 1. Select Password Reset: Choose "Password Reset" from the login menu
  2. 2. Click "Forgotten Password": Click on "Have you forgotten your password?"
  3. 3. Enter Username: Enter your UMP Username and click Continue
  4. 4. Verify Identity: Enter your cellphone number (or secondary email) and click Continue
  5. 5. Get OTP: You'll receive a one-time pin (OTP) on your phone or email
  6. 6. Enter OTP: Input the OTP and click Continue
  7. 7. Set New Password: Enter your new password in both fields and click "Change Password"
  8. 8. Logout & Restart: Click Logout and restart your device
  9. 9. Update Saved Passwords: Update any saved passwords in apps or browsers
