SATI Bursary Programme
The SATI Bursary Programme funds South African students studying towards qualifications relevant to the table grape industry and its value chain - from viticulture and horticulture to agricultural economics, food science and supply chain disciplines. Offered as full, partial or work-back bursaries, it gives preference to previously disadvantaged individuals, land reform beneficiaries, and farmworkers and their children already involved in the industry.

Eligibility Requirements
- ✓ South African citizen
- ✓ Registered or preliminarily accepted at an accredited South African tertiary institution (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- ✓ Studying a course directly related to the table grape industry and its value chain
- ✓ Minimum of a 'D' symbol (above-average academic performance) in your most recent academic results
- ✓ Full-time or part-time study accepted
- ✓ Preference is given to second-year and above students
- ✓ Awarded for one year at a time - students must reapply annually and demonstrate satisfactory academic performance to continue

Work Commitment
SATI offers work-back bursaries as one of its funding options - where applicable, recipients may be required to work back the value of the bursary within the table grape industry.
