Tomorrow Trust Tertiary Bursary Programme
The Tomorrow Trust Tertiary Bursary Programme is a comprehensive, full-cost bursary for orphaned, vulnerable, low-income and first-generation South African students pursuing STEM-focused undergraduate degrees at recognised public universities. Beyond covering tuition, accommodation, textbooks and living costs, it provides mentorship, psychosocial support and life-skills development to help students succeed and graduate.

Eligibility Requirements
- ✓ South African citizen
- ✓ Aged 18-35 (some sources state 18-31)
- ✓ Completed Matric, or currently in Matric (Grade 12)
- ✓ Studying or intending to study full-time towards an undergraduate degree at a recognised public South African university
- ✓ Minimum overall average of 60% in your most recent exams (if currently studying)
- ✓ From an orphaned/vulnerable, low-income or first-generation background (household income generally under approximately R350,000 per year)

- Who does the Tomorrow Trust bursary target?

- It is a comprehensive, full-cost bursary. There is no fixed Rand value published because it is designed to cover the full cost of study.

- Funding focuses on STEM undergraduate qualifications such as BSc Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Information Technology and Computer Sciences at recognised public universities. Master's degrees are not funded.
