The Santam Bursary Programme funds South African undergraduate, Honours and Postgraduate Diploma students pursuing careers in the short-term insurance industry across fields such as actuarial science, data analytics, engineering, finance and agriculture. Run through Santam's Skills Development Academy and administered by StudyTrust, it offers comprehensive funding aimed at developing future relationship managers and underwriters.
