Forgot your username or password?

  1. Open the myNSFAS login from the official website and select Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your South African ID number.
  3. Choose username, password or both, then submit the request.
  4. Open the recovery message sent by SMS and email and follow the prompts.

If you cannot access the registered cellphone number or email address, contact NSFAS instead of creating a duplicate profile.
